The
Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is a 2008 American adventure film and
sequel to The Mummy (1999) and The Mummy Returns (2001). The film stars
Brendan Fraser, Maria Bello, John Hannah, Luke Ford, and Jet Li, and
was released on August 1, 2008 in the United States. The film was
directed by Rob Cohen, written by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, and
produced by Stephen Sommers (director of the previous two films), Bob
Ducsay, Sean Daniel, and James Jacks. This film took place in China and
departed from the previous Egyptian setting.
